Terms of Service

Draft pending legal review. This document accurately describes how BlessBit Multicast operates today, and is published so that platform reviewers and users can read it. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel qualified in Bangladeshi law.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of BlessBit Multicast ("the Service"), operated by TiCON System Ltd, Bangladesh. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. What the Service does

The Service accepts one live video feed from your encoder and relays it simultaneously to live-streaming destinations you connect and select — currently Facebook Pages and YouTube channels. We create the broadcast on each destination on your instruction, relay your feed to it, and end it when your feed stops.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your stream key confidential. Your stream key authorises anyone holding it to publish to your account — treat it like a password and rotate it from Settings if it is exposed.

4. Your content, your responsibility

You retain all rights in the video you send. You are solely responsible for it. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights, licences and permissions to broadcast the content to every destination you select, including any music, footage or performance owned by others.

You must not use the Service to transmit content that is unlawful in Bangladesh or in any jurisdiction where it is received, that infringes another party's rights, or that violates the terms of the destination platform. We do not pre-screen content. We may suspend a broadcast or an account on credible notice of infringement or unlawful use.

5. Platform rules apply to you too

Broadcasting through the Service does not exempt you from the rules of the destination platform. Your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta's terms and Community Standards; your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. A destination platform may remove your broadcast or restrict your account independently of us, and we cannot appeal on your behalf.

6. Service limits

The Service is offered free of charge during its initial release, subject to fair-use limits shown in your dashboard. Limits exist to keep the shared relay usable for everyone. We will publish the limits that apply to your account and will give notice before changing them.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live streaming depends on your internet connection, your encoder, and the destination platforms — all outside our control. We do not guarantee that any broadcast will start, continue, or reach any destination. Do not use the Service as the sole distribution path for an event you cannot afford to lose without arranging your own fallback.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiCON System Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost audience, or reputational harm arising from a failed, interrupted or degraded broadcast. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that threatens the stability of the Service, or where required by law or by a destination platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
