Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from BlessBit Multicast at any time. There are three levels, depending on how much you want removed.
1. Disconnect a single destination
In the Service, open Destinations, choose the Facebook Page or YouTube channel, and select Disconnect. We immediately delete the stored access and refresh tokens for that destination, along with its cached name and profile image. Broadcasts already published to that platform are not affected — they belong to your Page or channel and you control them there.
2. Revoke our access from the platform side
You can also revoke access without using our dashboard:
- Google / YouTube — go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select BlessBit Multicast, and choose Remove access.
- Facebook — go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select BlessBit Multicast, and choose Remove.
When access is revoked at the platform, the tokens we hold stop working and we delete them on our next use or within 30 days, whichever is sooner.
3. Delete your entire account
In the Service, open Settings → Delete account, or email info@blessbit.net from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request".
We will confirm your identity and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive written confirmation when it is done.
What gets deleted

| Records we must keep by law (e.g. tax, or a lawful retention order) | Retained only as long as legally required, then deleted |
What we never held in the first place
Your video and audio are relayed in memory and discarded. We do not record, store or serve your broadcasts, so there is nothing to delete. Videos published on your Facebook Page or YouTube channel live on those platforms and are deleted there, by you.
